Job Summary: The Director of UX will be responsible for shaping and driving the overall user experience vision at iHerb. This leader will build and scale a high-performing UX design team, partner with product, CX and cross functional stakeholders, and champion customer-first design across all digital touchpoints. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on design leadership, with a focus on delivering intuitive, delightful, and accessible experiences for millions of global customers.Job Expectations:Leadership & Strategy Define and drive the long-term UX vision and strategy for iHerb’s web and mobile platforms. Oversee the end-to end user experience on our global website for all platforms (desktop, mobile web and app) Build, mentor, and inspire a team of UX designers, researchers, and design managers. Advocate for design thinking and human-centered design practices across the organization. Help to build a strong design culture within the organization  Get hands-on with projects when necessary to drive projects forward Collaboration & Execution Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, CX and Marketing to align on goals, priorities, and execution. Translate business objectives into customer-centric design solutions that drive growth and retention. Establish and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.
