We’re looking for a proactive Employer Branding Specialist to develop and promote TechMagic’s employer brand, helping us attract and retain top talent.What we expect from you:1–2 years of hands-on experience in employer branding, HR, talent marketing, general marketing, or communicationsExperience working with employer brand or hiring-related channels: career page, LinkedIn, job platforms, or similarExperience creating or supporting content: writing posts, preparing texts, reviewing visuals, or coordinating content with othersProactive attitude to work, willingness to take ownership, and see tasks through from idea to executionFocus on measurable outcomes of employer branding activities (reach, engagement, candidate feedback)Ability to manage several tasks at the same time and meet deadlinesEnglish level: Intermediate strong or higherWhat you will do:Be responsible for the company’s presence on the candidate market (career page, social media, job platforms, external channels); monitor and adjust our positioningProactively propose, create, and implement new ideas to increase employer brand awarenessCollaborate closely with the Recruitment team to support hiring for challenging rolesManage our social media pages by coordinating with the Content Maker and Designer, approving content and visuals, and publishing final posts with basic performance trackingFully manage volunteering initiatives end-to-end, including idea generation, partner collaboration, execution, and promotionMeasure the impact of employer branding activities
